Unable to access Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources Viva Community Engage

I am getting the following error - please can you send me the link and allow me to log in via myLearn user account.

AADSTS50020: User account '******@xx.com' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/7a0dfxxx-xxxxx/' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application 'c9a559d2-7aab-4f13-a6ed-e7e9c52aec87'(Microsoft Forms) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
