new pc and cannot transfer my emai to new pc wanting windows ive chat for remote assistance

For Outlook Classic on a home PC, the correct method depends on the type of mail data:

If the account is Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Outlook.com
- Email is stored on the mail server.
- On the new PC, install Outlook and sign in with the same account.
- In these cases, there usually is no .pst file to move.
- An .ost file cannot be moved to another computer because Outlook recreates it when the account is added on the new PC.
If older mail or folders exist only on the old PC
- Look for an Outlook Data File (.pst) on the old PC.
- A common location is Documents\Outlook Files.
- Close Outlook before copying the file.
- Copy the .pst file to the new PC using a USB drive or external drive.
Open the .pst in Outlook Classic on the new PC
- In Outlook Classic, go to File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File.
- This is the safer option than importing because it opens the old mailbox in a separate folder list.
- After it opens, older mail and folders can be reviewed and copied into the current mailbox if needed.
If the goal is to use New Outlook later
- New Outlook for Windows does not currently support directly opening or importing .pst files.
- First open the .pst in Classic Outlook.
- Then copy the needed items into mailbox folders so they sync online.
