Can you tell me a little more about the issue?

Are you using an Android phone or iPhone?

By “Clear,” are you trying to delete text messages, clear notifications, or something else?

Are you trying to do this in the "Phone Link" app on your Windows 11 PC or directly on the phone? What happens when you select "Clear"?

If possible, please also share a screenshot of the option that is not working.

Which Microsoft application are you using when you try to clear the messages or use the shortcut? For example, is it "Phone Link," "Outlook," "Teams," or another Microsoft app?

Clear messages. I'm using the CTRL ALT K

Thank you for letting me know.

Ctrl + Alt + K in Phone Link is the shortcut for clearing all notifications. It does not clear or delete text messages.

Microsoft also states: "You can't manage or delete messages on your PC."

You would need to delete the messages directly on your iPhone.

If you are trying to clear notifications instead, let me know whether the "Clear all" option works when you click it manually.

yes i knew to use the + sign also. The clear all does not work like it is dimmed but I did try and nothing happens.

You can't manage or delete messages on your PC through Phone Link, there's currently no option for that yet.

What exactly are you trying to do in "Phone Link"? Are you trying to delete text messages, clear notifications, or clear something else?

Also, what shortcut are you trying to use, and what do you expect it to do?
