I can understand that you're facing issues accessing the device due to compliance-related restrictions.
Access is being blocked because the device is currently marked as non-compliant. To help narrow down the cause, could you let us know whether you would like to:
- Review the device compliance status in Microsoft Intune/Entra ID, or
- Exclude the user from the applicable Conditional Access policy for testing purposes?
