Hi Mani Choy,

We received an update from our Product Group team regarding the HTTP 500 error.

The issue is occurring because the Claude offer plan is not available for the Hong Kong (HK) billing market associated with the Azure subscription. This is causing the eligibility check to fail.

As a workaround, could you please:

Check with the publisher whether the Claude plan is available for the HK market, or
Confirm whether the offer was purchased using the intended Azure subscription. If needed, you may try purchasing the offer using another Azure subscription associated with a supported billing market.

The Product Group is also tracking a backend fix for the 500 error seen during the eligibility check.
