Urgent: Request to Restore Azure Subscription Deleted Due to Unpaid Billing

2026-08-13T14:34:15.59+00:00

Our Azure subscription was not voluntarily cancelled or deleted by the account owner. The subscription became locked/disabled because periodic Azure billing payments were not made.

The last successful payment was made on April 7, 2026, for the billing period February 1–28, 2026.

The billing periods March 1–31, 2026 and April 1–30, 2026 remain outstanding, after which the subscription became locked and was subsequently deleted.

We are willing to immediately settle the outstanding March and April charges and any subsequent legitimate charges associated with the subscription.

We therefore request that Microsoft:

(1) Review the subscription's deletion status.

(2) Advise whether the original subscription can be restored/reactivated.

(3) Restore the associated Azure resources and data, if they remain recoverable.

(4) Provide the outstanding balance/invoices so that we can settle the amount.

(5) Advise us of any additional steps required to restore the subscription.

This was an automatic suspension/deletion resulting from unpaid billing and was not a voluntary cancellation by the subscription owner.
