Program seems to shut down and takes longer to reboot?

I have had the build on my system for almost as long they where offered.Now that program has reached it,s ending how do I remove it because it seems the PC shuts down like it is doing a reboot but nothing is happenin?

    Hi Anthony,

    What Insider build and Channel are you on?

    Use WIN+R, type winver for the build #.

    Is there any update showing in Windows Update?
