New Outlook has stopped showing contacts (people) again

For quite some time now New Outlook won't load my Google contacts .. email and calendar are normally OK.

Contacts are there but you cannot see them in [People]

This appears to be a reoccurring issue for New Outlook and should have been fixed before it was launched.

Thunderbird meanwhile continues to work really well.

Hi Andy,

Known issue.

Press Windows + R, Paste

%localappdata%\Microsoft

and press Enter.

Delete the Olk and OneAuth folders.

Restart Outlook.

This only removes temporary Outlook data that will be recreated automatically. Your emails will remain safe.

Try saving the contacts again.

Thank you for this, I followed your instructions and then had to start again with New Outlook and reinstall Gmail which was a bit scary as I thought I might have lost all my contact lists. However, I can now see my contacts and, thank goodness, the lists are there. Hopefully this won't happen again.

I have though lost all my signatures but, if everything else works OK< I guess I can rebuild these. UPDATE: I can now see my signatures.
