**Hello everyone!
**The other day, I was trying to install Google Play Games developer, and for some reason, I get hit with this error, I haven't played with the permissions or regedit or anything for it to do this, and I am the Adminstrator myself, for the Windows version and system specs, here they are:

And I have named my laptop "--PII REMOVED--", in reality, it is a Dell Latitude 7420 2-in-1

I have tried everything, and also disabling UAC and using CMD did not work, I decided to give asking here a try before I reinstall Windows 11, any kind of help is appreciated.
