Ever since it expired, I can't reset my PC and I can't open Device Manager. I tried every solution I found on the web and every solution people on this forum suggested to no avail. Please help! device Mgr error

Not only that, but I downoaded the .iso file, tried to install a clean copy of Windows and got an error message!

To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following information?

Your current Windows version and build number (run winver and share the result).
Whether you're enrolled in the Windows Insider Program, and if so, which channel (Canary, Dev, Beta, or Release Preview).
The exact error message you receive when attempting to open Device Manager.

Also, if it is convenient for you, would you be willing to perform a clean installation of Windows (after backing up any important data)? Knowing whether a clean install from bootable installation media succeeds or encounters a similar error would help determine whether the issue is limited to the current Windows installation or related to the underlying hardware/boot environment.
