Ever since it expired, I can't reset my PC and I can't open Device Manager. I tried every solution I found on the web and every solution people on this forum suggested to no avail. Please help!

0xC1900101 - 0x20017is typically associated with a driver, storage, boot, or firmware issue encountered during Windows Setup.To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following information?
- Your current Windows version and build number (run winver and share the result).
- Whether you're enrolled in the Windows Insider Program, and if so, which channel (Canary, Dev, Beta, or Release Preview).
- The exact error message you receive when attempting to open Device Manager.
Also, if it is convenient for you, would you be willing to perform a clean installation of Windows (after backing up any important data)? Knowing whether a clean install from bootable installation media succeeds or encounters a similar error would help determine whether the issue is limited to the current Windows installation or related to the underlying hardware/boot environment.
