I am not able reschedule my AZ400 exam

To reschedule the AZ-400 exam:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Open Profile from the avatar menu.
3. Go to Credentials and select Certifications.
4. Scroll to the scheduled exam appointment.
5. Select Reschedule.
6. Complete the change on the exam delivery provider’s site after the redirect.

Important policy details:

• Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time.
• If the appointment is changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, the exam fee is forfeited.
• If a company-purchased voucher was used, the voucher is forfeited.

If the exam has an approved accommodation, use the same process used for the original appointment and contact the scheduling agent listed in the approval letter.
