Why is Windows "Update and Shut Down" functionally the same as "Update and Restart"? Why does it not SHUT DOWN?

Sick of this. What is the point of this option even being there if it never (and I mean NEVER works)? Regardless of what update option is selected, it will always restart. ALWAYS.

This is great. Won't allow me to delete the atrocious AI response at all, nor submit a ticket like it suggests. I presume that Microsoft don't give a toss about fixing anything now and just want to push this AI **** on us.

Type in msinfo32
