how to reinstall windows from windows insider program

i somehow accepted the windows insider program .now i want to unistall that build and go back to normal build what shall i do now. as of now i am having windows 11 home insider preview singale language evaluation copy now i want to go back to noraml windows

    If this is first insider preview and it's installed less than 10 days ago then you can use Go back option.
    Go to Settings / System / Recovery and select Go back if it's available.

    Which insider channel you are and which build you have installed?
    Push Win -key and type command *winver
    *Which build number it show there
