My Personal Microsoft account shows good with correct email, but to others see me in Teams as Deactivated User. I even changed my Microsoft Account email over a week ago, but that still did not resolve the issue. I think perhaps my account is stuck and need support to flag it as active so others can see my Name in Teams. Everything in Teams on my side looks correct.

    Hi Patrick Cobb,

I understand that your personal Microsoft account and Teams profile appear active on your side, while other people see you as “Deactivated User.”

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access or change the status of your Teams Free profile.

Changing the email address does not create a new Teams Free profile because the new alias remains connected to the same Microsoft account. First, sign out of Teams on all devices, close the app, and then sign back in using the new primary email address. Microsoft recommends signing out and back in after changing the email so that the change is reflected in Teams Free. Change your email address in Microsoft Teams Free | Microsoft Support

If other people still see “Deactivated User,” use the "Contact support" option at the end of the Microsoft Teams Free help page and explain that the personal account is active, but the Teams Free profile appears deactivated to other users.

I hope this helps clarify the appropriate next step.
