Custom domain stuck in delete state.

I have an Azure Static Web App custom domain, portal.southlandmd.com, that is permanently stuck in the Deleting state.

The original custom-domain creation failed with an unknown error.

I have already removed the DNS records and confirmed the hostname no longer resolves.

I have also attempted deletion through the Azure Portal, Azure CLI, and PowerShell. Azure accepts the delete operations and returns Static Sites operation-status URLs, but the custom-domain resource remains in Deleting with the same error.

This appears to be a stuck Azure Static Web Apps backend resource/state issue.
