    Hi nicolay moreno,

Thank you for reaching out. I'd like to gather a few details to better understand what's causing the Cloudflare block when you access Copilot.

The Cloudflare Ray ID indicates that the request to access Copilot was blocked by a security filter. Unfortunately, I cannot remove this type of block directly. The Ray ID is primarily used to help investigate why the request was flagged. In some cases, this can be related to the network being used, a VPN or proxy service, browser extensions, security software or an IP address that has been temporarily flagged by an automated protection system.

To help narrow down the cause, could you please try the following steps?

    • Test Copilot in an InPrivate/Incognito browser window: In Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + N. Then browse to https://copilot.microsoft.com and check whether the same error appears.
    • If you're using a VPN or proxy service, disconnect from it and test again. These services can cause your connection to appear from a different IP address, which may be blocked by the website's security system.
    • If possible, connect to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, and test Copilot again. This changes your public IP address and can help determine whether the issue is specific to your current network.
    • In Edge, go to Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services > Clear browsing data. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, clear the data, then restart the browser before testing again.

Could you also let me know:

    • Are you accessing Copilot from a home, work or school network?
    • Does the issue occur in multiple browsers?
    • Are you experiencing the issue on the Copilot website, the Copilot app or both?
    • Could you share a screenshot of the complete error page (after removing any personal information)?

These details will help determine whether the issue is related to the browser, device, account or network environment.

I look forward to your update.
