I have a similar problem but from the other side:

My domain "dj-leo.no" has SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and verified from many checkers.
It has never been used for SPAM or any other illegal activity, and domain reputation is OK.

Still all mails plain disaapear and never reach outllook.com (not aven as spam, and I get no feedback).

So my customers don't get important mails or even invoices I send them! This is a crisis for me!

Why are MS doing this to me? They are destroying my business? And there is nowhere to complain!

What should I do? I need to fix this! My customers need to get the mails I send to them! Where can I get help?

    Hi,

I understand that messages from a particular sender are not reaching any of your mail folders.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your mailbox or account settings.

Could you clarify whether the receiving account added to new Outlook is an Outlook.com/Hotmail.com account or a Gmail account?

The Q&A Assist answer provides the correct blocked-sender and safe-sender checks for an Outlook.com account. Have you had a chance to try those steps?

I would also like to add that if the receiving account is Gmail, please sign in directly at Gmail on the web and check for the message there. New Outlook does not manage blocked-sender settings for Gmail or other third-party accounts, so Gmail’s blocked addresses and filters would need to be reviewed instead.

I hope this helps clarify where the relevant filtering settings need to be checked.

If the message is being blocked before it reaches the mailbox, it will not appear in Inbox, Junk, or Deleted Items, and a local unblock in Outlook may not fix it.

For Outlook.com or new Outlook, these are the supported checks:

    1. Open Settings > Mail > Junk email.
    2. Check Blocked senders or Blocked senders and domains and remove the sender or domain if it appears there.
    3. Add that sender or domain to Safe senders and domains so messages are less likely to go to Junk.
    4. Check the Junk Email folder for any past messages and mark them as Not Junk if found.

If the sender is still not getting through and nothing appears in Junk, the message is likely being rejected before delivery. In that case:

    • Ask the sender whether they receive a non-delivery report.
    • If they do, the sender needs to correct the sending-side issue.
    • One documented example is a rejection caused by sender authentication problems such as SPF-related failures.

For spam that keeps reaching the Inbox, blocking does not stop delivery to the account; it moves matching mail to Junk Email. If needed, create a rule based on sender or subject to move or delete those messages.
