Microsoft glitch will kill our startup
Hi Team, Microsoft glitch will kill our startup. The Founders Hub portal currently shows our Azure credit expiry as occurring in the next 8 days, and this situation is causing significant concern for our startup and our 8-member team.
Our account was upgraded to the USD 150,000 Azure credit tier on 13 May 2026, but the Microsoft Founders Hub portal is still showing the previous credit tier and the earlier expiry date of 20 August 2026.
We are reaching out now because we recently received a notification that our Azure credits will expire soon. After checking the Founders Hub dashboard, we noticed that the upgrade information is still not reflected on our account.
Since we are currently planning upcoming Azure workloads for active customer engagements, confirmation of the current credit tier and validity details is extremely important for our infrastructure planning. Uncertainty around the account status may materially impact our resource commitments, delivery timelines, and business operations during a critical stage of our startup’s growth.
We have spent countless days and nights building AirRender, and we are now at a critical stage where the product is ready to scale and support active customer engagements. Any unresolved issue related to our Azure credit status could have a serious operational impact on our business at this important moment.
Could you please investigate this issue on priority and help resolve it at the earliest possible?
Thank you for your continued support. We would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance.
