we have a Production 3 x node IBM MQ RDQM cluster running on RedHat that experienced a cluster failover owing to a momentary loss of network starting at 02:30:08 UTC on Monday 10/Aug/2026.
IBM have investigated and advise it appears there was a loss of network, triggering the failover.
we have not observed any azure advisories confirming azure network issues, but we have another completely unrelated azure resource that also had an event owing to loss of network about that time, indicating there may have been a more widespread issue with Azure in UKSouth region.
please confirm ?
