Organizational Prompts Departments Issue

I am creating Organisational Prompts in the new Frontier Prompt Lab in Copilot 365 and in the department field there are some prompts relevant to multiple departments so we're entering the departments with a comma separating them and this is showing fine in the Admin screen as 2 separate departments, but in the Prompt Lab screen in Copilot it has combined the department into one selection in the drop down. How do I stop this? Feels like a bug?
