Microsoft Teams mobile switch between accounts organizations

So i want to join ELSL for educational purposes. so their respond was this was but i don't understand how to do this: Below is a step by step guide to join classes via MS Teams:

Step 01:

Create a new Microsoft account using your personal email.

Download and Install the latest version of MS Teams

Important: If you already have MS Teams you installed a long time ago, uninstall the old one and start fresh

Step 03:

Login to your teams account using the computer

Step 04:

Switch from your personal account to ELSL (check the screenshot below)

(If you are using a phone, log out and log in. Then you will see a new account as ELSL under your email. Use it to join)

Finally:

React to the message in Teams to let us know you successfully shifted.
