Impact on functional device driver due to Transition to Secure Boot 3rd party 2023 Signing Certificates

I understand that, Microsoft is migrating from UEFI CA 2011 to secure boot 2023 trusted anchors for signing UEFI applications. We have an application which uses kernel mode device driver which is basically a functional driver. We have been using Microsoft Partner Center Hardware submission dashboard to submit our driver updates for signing from Microsoft.

Will there be an impact for submission/signing process of such a drivers due to this migration to new CA ? or this migration will only impact UEFI applications ? Any hints on this would be helpful.
