PostgreSQL server won't start. Stuck in ready state

I'm out of options can not get the server to start, no changes have been made recently it just stop and now wont start. Please can you fix this ASAP. I have had this happen before in the past and usually requires a support engineer to fix it.

Based on your description, this appears to be a service-side issue rather than a PostgreSQL configuration issue, especially if the server is stuck in a management state and is not responding to start, stop, or restart operations.

At this point, we recommend creating an Azure Support request so the backend team can investigate and, if necessary, clear any stuck control-plane operation affecting the server.

When creating the support request, please include:

Server name and Resource Group

Subscription ID

Azure region

Approximate UTC time when the server last worked normally

Correlation IDs from the Azure Activity Log

Any error messages returned by the Azure portal, CLI, or API

You can open a support request from Azure Portal>Help + Support>Create a support request and select Technical as the issue type for Azure Database for PostgreSQL.

If business continuity is critical, you may also consider restoring the server to a new instance using the latest available backup while the original server is being investigated.

Except every time I try to create a support ticket it never lets me get any further paying for a plan. But as this is an issue on your end I feel that is a little unfair?
