Work domain emails do not get delivered to my personal Outlook email address

Anyone sending email from my work domain gets a 'not delivered' message. I receive email normally from all other senders.

I also noticed in the 'programming language' detail part of the email error message (not included here), that my personal address '@outlook.com, in the 'to' line, had been changed to an old email address of mine (a previous work address), '@govdepartment.gov

So the error indicates that they cannot find a legitimate email address. Looks like the issue is on their end where they might have an internal redirect or it can be simply a typo. I would suggest that you have their IT do an email trace from their end. Business users have this tool to use. That way they can tell at which step it was the issue.
