SCIM provisioning for multiple instances of on-prem application with one SCIM agent

Hi,
I'm designing the solution where the Application deployed on-prem in OpenShift cluster
needs to be provisioned with identities from Entra ID using SCIM on-prem provisioning agent.
The Application will have multiple instances, for different departments.

1. The question is, whether it is possible to install multiple SCIM agents on the same Windows Server?
   To optimize the infrastructure cost.
2. Second question, whether it is possible, to provision multiple application instances from the same SCIM agent?
   Let's assume, we have two instances of the App for the same department, so the users and groups are the same.
   In such scenario, do I need two separate Entra ID App's and two SCIM agents? Or can use one Entra ID App and one SCIM on-prem agent to provision both instances of on-prem application?
