Pearson Vue - Understanding the Source of My 50% ESI Certification Exam Discount

I recently tried to schedule a certification exam and was redirected to the Pearson VUE website, where I needed to accept the terms and conditions, select an exam date, and proceed with payment.

During the booking process, I noticed that a 50% ESI discount was automatically applied to the exam fee. At that time, my personal Microsoft Learn account was not linked to any work account. I had previously removed the connection to my former employer’s work account and email address.

Is there a way to determine where this 50% ESI discount came from—for example, whether it was associated with my previous employer, my personal Microsoft Learn account, or another eligibility?

I have now linked my Microsoft Learn account to my new employer’s work account. Is there also a way to check whether any future exam discounts or benefits I receive are associated with my new employer, rather than with my previous employer?

I would like to make sure that any discounts currently shown on Pearson VUE are based on my current employer/account and understand whether I have any remaining benefits from a previous employer.
