How to fit empty startup

when I go to settings and then go to apps/startup it's empty where there should be a list of disabled programmes and able programmes this has just recently happenedapps

Did you ensure you downloaded the ISO in the exact same language version as you have set for the Windows user interface in the Settings App - Time and Language - Region and language, if that is English, is that US English or just English.

    Yes Start-Up tab in Task Manager is also emptyTM
