Did you ensure you downloaded the ISO in the exact same language version as you have set for the Windows user interface in the Settings App - Time and Language - Region and language, if that is English, is that US English or just English.

when I go to settings and then go to apps/startup it's empty where there should be a list of disabled programmes and able programmes this has just recently happened

- Open Registry Editor (regedit) and review:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
- Restart the PC after the scan and check Settings > Apps > Startup again.
- If the issue started after a recent Windows update, installing the latest cumulative update or performing an in-place repair upgrade may restore the Startup Apps page.
