Locked out of my outlook account and can't recover it

I recently upgraded my phone, after swapping everything over all seemed fine.

Then when going through my emails it said I needed to sign in, then out of nowhere automatically signed me out.

I tried thr password and the password it says I used with thr password recovery but states wrong password.

I set the email account up over 20 years ago. Ive tried the ridiculous shite called Microsoft support. Filled in thr recovery forms and put as much detail as I can remember, adding more information when I can each time and every times says unfortunately I haven't done enough to prove it's my account.

It's a joke, as I say was over 20 years ago. I don't live at the address I was in my late teens, I don't have thr phone number I did in my late teens

Ive provided

Email addresses, email subjects, xbox accounts, credit card details etc etc but still apparently it's not enough.

How do I get back into my old email address?
