    Dear @mike1s

The TenantAccessBlockedException error usually indicates that your Microsoft 365 tenant has been blocked, often due to an expired subscription, billing issues, or specific policy violations. Since your account was initially set up by an IT person under their organization, this configuration could be creating access restrictions on your end.

As this is a tenant-level issue, it cannot be resolved from the Outlook client or by an individual end user. I recommend that you contact your organization's Microsoft 365/IT Administrator and ask them to:

    • Verify the Microsoft 365 subscription status and check for any billing or payment issues.
    • Confirm that Exchange Online licenses are assigned and active.
    • Review the tenant status in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Sometimes, if you recently moved from a trial to a paid plan, the Exchange service provisioning can get stuck.
    • Contact Microsoft Support if the tenant has been blocked or suspended. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

Note: If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

If your Office 365 subscriptions are managed through a federated partner or reseller and the Global Admin cannot open a service request, they should contact the reseller’s support provider. The reseller can assist with initiating the request and coordinating with the Office 365 support team.

Please note that as member of the community, I do not have access to user information or the tools necessary to assist you directly due to privacy limitations. However, I'm here to help point you in the right direction and connect you with the right support channels where you can get the assistance you need.

I hope the information shared is helpful. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to your update.
