Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Dear [@Green Isabelle],
I understand you are receiving the "Can't access the site (dopht=101)" error while selecting your collaboration option during the Microsoft Partner Center registration.
Since you have already cleared your cache, tried multiple browsers, and disabled local VPNs, please try the following steps to resolve this:
Step 1: Test on a Different Network:
- Please disconnect from your current office/home Wi-Fi or corporate network and connect your device to a mobile network hotspot (or a completely external network). Corporate firewalls or strict network security rules often block the dynamic redirect URLs used during Partner Center tenant setup.
Step 2: Verify Global Admin Permissions:
- Ensure that the work account you are using has Global Administrator permissions in your organization's Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) tenant.
Step 3: Try an InPrivate Window on Edge via Mobile Hotspot:
- Once connected to your mobile network, open an InPrivate window in Microsoft Edge and navigate directly to Partner Center Enrollment.
In that case, please provide a full screenshot of the error page, including the URL in the address bar (please remove any personal information if applicable) so I can review it and offer further suggestions.
For official guidance on registration prerequisites, you can review the Troubleshoot Partner Center account issues documentation.
Please let me know if switching to a mobile network resolves the redirect for you.
