MS partner program process broken. Need MPN ID.

For one thing, so many bugs in all of this. So many. And the UI? Really?

One in particular is a killer. Signed up for partner program to get an MPN ID. Got to billing. Entered it. Said account is ready. Nowhere to go from that. No email. No MPN number. Tried multiple times in multiple browsers.

Not confidence inspiring. I genuinely hope I'm being dumb because the alternative is that Microsoft infra is hopelessly broken.
