Microsoft for Startups account not provisioned correctly – unable to access Azure Portal or Program Support

I registered for Microsoft for Startups on August 11, 2026 using the “Continue without a code” path.

It appears that my Microsoft for Startups/Azure account was not provisioned or associated correctly.

The issues I am experiencing:

1. The Microsoft for Startups page shows “Unlock $200 in Azure credits” rather than the expected startup credit offer.
2. Azure Portal Dashboard and Resources do not work correctly.
3. Azure Portal initially repeatedly returned AADSTS50058 (login_required) errors.
4. When I attempt to access Program Support, I receive AADSTS50020.

The error states that my account, from identity provider live.com, does not exist in tenant Microsoft Services and cannot access:

I have tried signing out, signing back in, using a private browser session, and starting with a clean Microsoft login session. The problem persists.

Because Azure Program Support itself produces AADSTS50020, I cannot create a support request through the normal Microsoft for Startups support route.

I have not activated the standard $200 Azure Free Account, because I do not want to potentially interfere with my Microsoft for Startups Azure credit eligibility.

Could a Microsoft moderator please help escalate this to the appropriate Microsoft for Startups/Azure team and check whether my Startup entitlement, Azure tenant/subscription association, and Azure credit offer were provisioned correctly?

I can provide the affected account email, Request ID, Correlation ID, timestamp, screenshots, and other diagnostic information privately to Microsoft staff if required.

This version gives them enough technical information to identify the problem without publishing your email address or diagnostic IDs.
