Dear Rahman,
I genuinely wish I could access your account and cancel the trial for you directly. Unfortunately, as a forum moderator, my role here is limited to providing general guidance and steps you can apply from your side. I understand the concern, particularly when the trial is not visible under the account you have checked. The likely explanation is that Visio Plan 2 is a business subscription, so it is managed in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center rather than on the personal Microsoft account subscriptions page. That is almost certainly why you cannot find it.
- Open the https://admin.microsoft.com.
- Sign in with the work or school account used to start the Visio trial, not necessarily a personal Microsoft account.
- Go to Billing > Your products.
- Select Visio Plan 2 Trial.
- Choose Cancel subscription or Edit recurring billing.
- Turn recurring billing Off and complete the prompts.
For a free trial, turning off recurring billing prevents the trial from converting into a paid subscription when it ends. If no payment method is associated with the trial, it can simply expire without a charge.
If it does not appear under Your products, the trial may have been created as a self-service signup:
- Apply the Self-service filter on the Products page.
- Select the Visio Plan 2 trial.
- If offered, choose Take control of this subscription.
- Select Cancel subscription and complete the prompts.
If you still cannot find it, check the original trial confirmation email for:
- The account used to start the trial
- Organization or tenant name
- Order number
- Subscription name
- A link to the Microsoft 365 admin center
Also try signing out of every Microsoft account and reopening admin.microsoft.com in a private or InPrivate browser window. This prevents the browser from automatically signing in with the wrong personal or business account.
If the admin center opens but you cannot access Billing, you may not have the required Billing Administrator or billing-account permissions. The person who originally registered for the subscription is normally assigned ownership of the billing account, but permissions can vary by billing-account type.
