    Hi Eric,

I understand that Copilot works normally in your other Microsoft 365 apps, but in PowerPoint Online, selecting the Copilot button only opens a blank pane on the right.

This suggests the license is active, but something in the browser may be preventing the PowerPoint Copilot pane from loading correctly.

    I recommend trying the following:

    1. Open PowerPoint Online in an InPrivate or Incognito window. If Copilot loads there, clear the browser cookies and cached files for Microsoft 365.
    2. Make sure third-party cookies are allowed, as PowerPoint Online needs them for Copilot to validate and load correctly.
    3. Temporarily disable ad blockers or privacy extensions, then try again.
    4. Test PowerPoint Online in another browser, preferably the latest version of Edge or Chrome.

Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps, and I'll be glad to continue looking into it with you.
