Missing Document Folders in Word

I'm on a Mac. I switched to another user name I'm signed into the same Microsoft account, but I cannot find my word document folders.

I can only see some of the folders, there's still some word folders missing

I noticed you posted this under macOS. Just to double-check, is this issue happening on a Mac?

Since you switched to a different macOS user profile, the missing folders may have been saved locally under the old Mac user rather than in OneDrive.

Just to confirm:

Can you still sign in to the old Mac user profile and see the missing Word folders there?

Were the missing folders saved under "Documents" on the Mac, or inside your OneDrive folder?

If you sign in at https://onedrive.live.com using the same Microsoft account, do you see the missing folders there?

If the folders only exist under the old Mac user, they will need to be copied or moved to the new user profile.
