How to revert back to Outlook classic in Windows 11

After selecting "go to classic outlook" I filled in the feeback and clicked on the submit button, waited and nothing happens. Very frustrating. How else can I change back to Outlook classic?

If I am stuck with new Outlook, is there a way that when I open an email to have it default to full screen instead of half size or have a border around the half size screen?
