Powerpoint issue

I am using Microsoft 365 Family edition. While working on Powerpoint, when selecting multiple objects the objects come along with cursor. Tried the Microsoft support, troubleshooting done uninstalled MS Office and reinstalled. They have tried using remote session. I have changed the Keyboard, Mouse, tried using mousepad changed moused almost done everything. Noting could help me. I am a presentation designer so the whole work relies on PPT. It's very annoying while working. Could anyone please help me on this.
