I am no longer receiving notifications that new email has arrived. The option to receive is highlighted in my settings, but it's not happening.

Hi!

Do notifications from other apps or your browser appear normally? If it is a general issue, check if "Do Not Disturb" is enabled.

  • Click on the date and time area in the taskbar > Check the top corner to see if the "Do Not Disturb" bell icon is active (blue) User's image . If it is blue, click it to turn it off.

Have you checked both sets of settings (Windows and Outlook)? You need to check both. Windows

  1. Open Windows Settings > Privacy & security > Notifications > Turn on Notification access and Allow apps to access your notifications.
  2. Go back to Windows Settings > System > Notifications > Turn on Notifications. Also, enable notifications for each app in the app list.
