A family of Microsoft products that enable users to capture, organize, and reuse notes electronically.
Hi @Arpit Patel,
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and for providing detailed feedback.
I understand how disruptive this is, especially when it affects a large volume of existing notes rather than just newly created content. Based on your description, OneNote for iOS is no longer rendering the Devanagari MT font correctly after recent updates, causing font substitution and changes to character spacing, line wrapping, and overall document layout. This can make existing notes difficult to read and risky to edit.
Unfortunately, Microsoft Q&A is a public community forum, so I do not have direct access to internal bug investigations or the ability to influence product changes. For updates on the investigation, the best source of information would be the Microsoft Support team handling your case.
Since you mentioned that you have already worked with Microsoft Support engineers, could you please share how the support case is progressing? Have they been able to reproduce the issue, provided any updates, or confirmed whether it has been escalated to the OneNote product team? Any information you can share about the current status would be helpful for the community.
In the meantime, please check the App Store to ensure that you are running the latest available version of OneNote. If you are already on the latest version and the issue remains, please share your OneNote version and iPadOS version for reference.
I look forward to your next update.
