Hinderance in installing copilot studio toolkit

Hi i am trying to install copilot studio tool kit, so i downloaded the zip file, But we were having trouble with install because the solution already existed there. So we tried doing it in a different environment. And i ran into a little hiccup this specific higlighted connector is asking for app registration and i want to know is this something common or is this access or license related issue because i am unable to move forward because no where in the documentation was anything like this mentioned i have added the screenshots let me know if it is useful and looking forward to a resolution
