microsoft 365 family package-no identification with apple subsciption

I purchased an active Microsoft 365 Family subscription through the Apple App Store. Apple shows Microsoft 365 Family at €13/month, but my Microsoft account only shows Microsoft 365 Personal. I have already updated Office, used the Microsoft License Removal Tool, signed out and back in, and used Restore Previous Purchase. The Family subscription is still not associated with my Microsoft account. Please identify which Microsoft account my Apple subscription is associated with and help restore the Family entitlement. I can provide my Apple receipt.

Hi,

Based on your description, you purchased a Microsoft 365 Family subscription through the Apple App Store, but it has not appeared on your Microsoft account, which currently shows a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. Since subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are managed by Apple rather than Microsoft, the Family plan will only appear under Apple’s subscriptions. Have you reached out to Apple Support regarding this issue?

Reference Source: Bought your subscription through an app store or retailer

I look forward to your response.
