To confirm and clarify the issue, I will provide some scoping questions and troubleshooting steps for you to check along the way.
1/ Are you referring to the ""Draw" tab/button highlighted in blue in the screenshot below?
(Please let me know whether the entire "Draw" tab is missing from the Word ribbon or if only specific drawing tools are unavailable.)
2/ Go to "File" > "Options" > "Customize Ribbon" and check whether Draw is listed and selected.
- If "Draw" is available under Main Tabs, make sure it is selected.
- If "Draw" is not listed under Main Tabs, please click Customize Ribbon and share a screenshot of the entire window.
3/ What is your current Word version and build number (File > Account > About Word)?
4/ Does the same issue occur in other Microsoft 365 apps, such as PowerPoint or OneNote?
