Accessing and using Microsoft Teams on smartphones and tablets across platforms
Hi JM,
From my research, there are currently no Microsoft-supported admin settings, Teams policies, or Intune/Conditional Access configurations available to disable or suppress the China high-risk warning banner in the Teams mobile app.
However, as a fellow user, I cannot officially confirm this on behalf of Microsoft. If you would like to investigate this further or require a definitive answer, the most effective next step is using your admin credentials to submit a support request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to the Microsoft Support team.
Additionally, if you want to write a feedback to Microsoft product team, I highly recommend submitting a suggestion directly Microsoft Teams · Community. This is the most effective way to ensure your voice reaches the product team and can be considered for future improvements.
Once you've submitted your feedback, feel free to share the link here in the comments. I’ll be happy to upvote it to help bring more visibility.

I hope this provides enough clarity and helps you stay inform with your current situation.
