Request for admin control to suppress Teams China high-risk warning banner (mobile)

Hi Microsoft Support,

We manage Microsoft 365 for multiple client tenants and have a user currently travelling in mainland China who is seeing the high-risk warning banner in Microsoft Teams on iOS ("Don't share confidential info or your screen with people you don't know. Report anything suspicious.").

We've reviewed the documentation here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/teams/chat/china-high-risk-alert-message

This confirms the banner is enabled by default for Teams mobile (iOS/Android) users located in mainland China, and is informational only. However, the article doesn't mention any tenant-level admin control, Teams policy, or Intune/Conditional Access setting to disable or suppress it.

Our question: Is there any admin-configurable setting (via Teams Admin Center, PowerShell, Intune app configuration, or otherwise) that allows us to turn off or suppress this banner for our tenant's users, given it takes up a significant portion of the mobile screen and is impacting usability for our end user?

If no such control currently exists, we'd appreciate confirmation of this, and would also like to flag it as product feedback given the impact on mobile usability for business travellers in the region.

From my research, there are currently no Microsoft-supported admin settings, Teams policies, or Intune/Conditional Access configurations available to disable or suppress the China high-risk warning banner in the Teams mobile app.
