HOW TO INSTALL 365 TO IPAD AIR

On an iPad Air, Microsoft 365 is installed through the App Store as the Microsoft 365 Copilot app or as individual apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The subscription is activated by signing in inside the app with the Microsoft account or work/school account that is associated with the subscription.

Steps:

1. Open the App Store on the iPad Air.
2. Install Microsoft 365 Copilot, or install individual Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or OneNote.
3. Open one of the installed apps.
4. Sign in with the Microsoft account, or Microsoft 365 work or school account, connected to the subscription, then tap Next.
5. If prompted to upgrade and the signed-in account is associated with Office 2016 or Office 2019, choose a Microsoft 365 plan or tap Maybe later to continue using the mobile apps without a subscription.
6. Choose notification and experience settings if prompted.
7. After sign-in, the account is automatically added to the current app and any other installed Microsoft 365 apps on the iPad.
8. To add cloud storage such as OneDrive or Dropbox, tap Open > Add a Place.

If using Microsoft 365 operated by 21Vianet, sign in with the account associated with that subscription.
