How to remove the voice typing bar from my laptop screen? I find it to be in the way of activities I am working on.

    The correct setting depends on which voice bar you are seeing.

    • For the small Windows + H Voice Typing bar, open its Settings gear, switch off Voice typing launcher, then press Windows + H to dismiss it.
    • For the older Windows Speech Recognition bar, say“Minimize speech recognition” or close it from the bar itself.

    Turning off the launcher prevents the Voice Typing bar from appearing automatically when you select a text box.
