2026-07 Preview Update (KB5101684) (26200.8973) Not working?

So this update has tried to install several times on my Dell laptop to no avail. She updates when I don't want her to and she spends all night, fans running on high trying to install it and then I have to manually power off to get her to stop the update and then it wants my recovery key. This has been going on for at least a month (I don't get to use my laptop as often as I used to when I had a different job) but every time I boot up I don't even get the option to save it for later. Anyone have any suggestions?
