My vault in Onedrive wont open

I see the Vault it recognizes me when i log in but then it stops and gives this fault code

I’m sorry you’re having trouble opening Personal Vault. Please try resetting the OneDrive app:

Open OneDrive and select your profile picture.
Select Settings > Account, choose the affected account, then select Reset.
Restart the iPhone and try opening Personal Vault again.

If the issue continues, update OneDrive or uninstall and reinstall the app. You can also try opening Personal Vault at OneDrive.com in an InPrivate or Incognito browser on other devices such as your MacBook to see how things go.
