Thank you for sharing your concern.

You can cancel your Microsoft 365 Business subscription by signing in with your administrator account and navigating to Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Your products. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel and open its details page.

If you are using a free trial subscription:

On the subscription details page, select Turn off recurring billing and follow the on-screen instructions. This will prevent the trial from automatically converting to a paid subscription when the trial period ends.

If you are using a paid subscription:

On the subscription details page, you may see both Cancel subscription and Turn off recurring billing options. Select Cancel subscription, then turn off recurring billing to ensure that no future charges are applied.
